Read the "Notice to Application for Rental," which provides important information you need about the 3rd Central Apartments' application screening process including criteria for residency and approval/denial procedures - if you accept these terms, then send us:

• your completed application(s) for each applicant.
• A signed copy of the "3rd Central Proof of Notice".
• Copy of valid photo identification for each applicant.
• Payment of $40 per application.

Upon receipt of these items we'll reserve the unit style of your choice and complete the screening of your application(s). We're know for service and we'll contact you promptly with the screening results.
